Hi, my boyfriend has problems around his testicles.?

hi, im conserned for my boyfriend, he has problems ejaclulating, he always comes before me, his testicles look quite small, about the size of the seeds in plums, and his has a low sperm count of around 2 million, and low sperm motility. whe have been trying for a baby and ive recently gone through icsi. ive asked him to get checked out for abnormalities which he said yes to, he was also born at 33 wks which is premature. i was wondering if having testicles that size is normal and what it sounds like.
