My girl wants to get implants, good idea or bad?

I'm fine with her the way she is, but she say's she wants them and that it will be great for us and all this stuff. I'm a fairly confidant guy and don't really ever get jealous, i let her do w/e she wants, but I think this might be tough, just because I'm a guy and I know how guys think. She will get a ton of attention (she already does) but i mean like a lot more, so i dunno just wanna get feel for what u all thank about it.
