OK I think I can help you out, I've had all of these experiences. I think the first thing you should do is tell him that you really like him straight up, since he kinda knows, he won't be shocked, and I think the reason you guys haven't got anywhere is because none of you have told you like each other. As for your moving, I'm personally moving out of my city after I graduate from high school (I'm a senior) and my gf is a freshmen at the community college, so even though we both know know I'm moving next August we decided to get together, but keep in mind that if I were you I would hurry up to be with him as much as possible because at this point I wouldn't carry out a long distance relationship, and the same thing goes for my gf, I tried having a long distance relationship last year with a girl from Canada I met at NY and it was good for the first 2 months, but then it ended tragically, and I'm really not into very serious relationships at this point and you shouldn't be either,, that's why I'm only gonna be with my gf while I'm here in Miami and the reason why you should get that guy to be with you ASAP.
