Can someone tell me about this iron curtain cartoon?

I believe that the cartoon is alluding to the fact that Winston Churchill was the first person to make reference to the "Iron Curtain" that Stalin was causing between Eastern Europe and the rest of the world. It definitely showed that Sir Winston knew what he was talking about.
