Phone question?

I dropped my phone today, and it knicked all over...not real bad, only one knick was bad, but it seems like ever since then, my ring doesn't ring as loud as it should, and my speaker phone don't seem that loud either. Do you think it should be okay? Or should I take it back and exchange it? Thats the first time it was ever dropped and it was dropped on the ground.
