Would General George Patton been a good president in his time period?

The world is a completely different place than it was during World War II. So your question is kind of ridiculous if you ask me. Not only was Patton not a former US president, but he wasn't even a politician. It would be the same as asking if General McArthor would have been a good president today. Makes no sense really.
