Outer labia bump help!!!!?

i have a bump on my outer labia one on each side and its attached to my skin and it starts at my uretha it goes down to my l opening but it starts off normal then when it gets to my outer labia theres the bump i was ually asulted when i was little but it came when i was like 13 i had with another guy but i already had it. it doesnt itch or hurt its just there and it feels gushy like its filled with puss.and when i sqeeze it i hard i feel a small sting
