Cisco 851w and AFP having problems?

Macbooks on wireless are not able to see AFP shares, but wired they can for Time Machine. The MBP's are on the same subnet as the NAS. I can't for the life think of why they are not able to see the Time Machine at all when on the wireless network but can when wired.
