Sorry, but she was right. Look at your marks. If you needed 70 to p, you scored a 71 and a 74 for your highest marks. Those aren't great marks. They would be a bare p. Add to that the fact that you didn't do a project, and she had every right - in fact, she was compelled - to flunk you.
