What age of boy should stop bath by his mother?

i am 16 years old and my mother always say that your age is not so much and they regulary in morning and in night remove my all clothes forcefully and naked me and clothed me for school and when i coming then then immediate remove pent and underwear then after few minutes they remove my other clothes and they donot give me clothes to wear for 15 minutes and after they wear clothes by her own hands to me and my father mother said we love too much so donot hesitate to be naked in front of us and many times they naked me in public areas also and i have no privacy of me plz help me
