This has been bothering me need advice quick?

just be nice to him but tell him unfortunately your going to need the garage back (make up some lie about a family member needing to store belongings or something) that way he cant be horrible to/about you round the village because you have been nice to him. change the lock he has put on the garage and try and keep your distance from him. he prob just going through a rough patch and taking it out on you, but whatever, you dont need it.
