R&S: What do you think of this quote?

Ok. Obviously this is Richard Dawkins we're talking about. Two could play at this game. But what he's saying is that he read the Bible coming in with his own set of beliefs. If someone were to come in and read the Bible with the belief that God is pleasant, jealous (not the way your thinking), just, good, and what not, they would probably interpret the Old Testiment better. I don't know exactly what your asking and what side you stand on, but i think that richard dawkins does not know God, hasn't even taken the time to understand what he percieves to be jealous, misohynistic, racist and all that. He did not interpret it correctly. How can a God be just if He does not punish. If you have any further questions, please ask.
