How would you recommend I use this?

my beautician told me that 1 side of my hair is growin faster than the other side so she told me 2 go out and buy mega profectiv growth anti-breakage strengthener (it can be used as a hot oil treatment) and she told me 2 wash my hair once every week. so i was just wondering after i shampoo and condition my hair do i put the mega profectiv growth anti-breakage strengthener in my head and go under the dryer or do i shampoo then put the mega profectiv growth anti-breakage strengthener in my hair then condition (cause my friend told me thats how she does it) which way should i do it
