How can I get on the subway while staying at LaGuardia?

So I'm staying at a hotel in Laguardia and I was curious on a few things. We've got a car and we've booked a parking garage in the Laguardia area for the two nights but the biggest question is from our hotel, where or how can we get on the subway. Looks like it will be the Crowne Plaza Hotel (Hotwire) we'll be staying at. I'd appreciate any help on this! Thanks!
