Flatmates from hell.?

I’m in my first year at uni and am staying in halls. The flat I’m in is an 8 person flat and as you can imagine moving away from home and your family and Friends is a big change. The first few Weeks at uni where good and I met a lot of great people in the accommodation I’m staying in. I get on with about 50% of my flat and got on with everyone at the start of the year. But after fresher’s weak that 50% never stopped their party lifestyle. They have no respect for the flat or anyone else staying in it. They have ground shaking music playing till all hours of the morning. The kitchen is disgusting! We had to move 20 bags of rubbish from a relatively small kitchen/ sitting room space which was nothing to do with those doing the cleaning. they take no responsibility for the disgusting environment they have created for the rest of us and openly admitted they would rather give up there £300 deposit for the damages they have caused too the intercom/tables/windows/doors/carpets/ce… etc than give up having a good time getting drunk and messing up the place. However it is in no way fair that the rest of us should have to give up our deposits and spend our time making the flat remotely inhabitable. The final part to this story is that after a flat inspection and a bill of £15 each for cleaning costs, I spoke to the site manager to make sure he was aware who was responsible and that I would not receive any blame for things I had nothing to do with. Then the staff informed me they had been caught on CCTV doing things which warranted a visit from the site manager and the threat of eviction. however after the visit from the site manager they umed one of us had given in their names to the site office rather than the visit being a result of their own actions on cctv and blame the rest of us for ''getting them in trouble'' when the fact is their own actions did that for them. After this one of them put a sign on the notice board in the hall claiming that ‘’whoever gave the office my name can expect there life too be a living hell as long as they live here’’ I feel threatened and uncomfortable living with these people but can’t go anywhere else. So I’m asking how people think I should deal with these people and this Situation? The fact is I don’t care what they get up too and what they do as long as they don’t affect me and if they do then I don’t see why I should put up with it but am now suffering for making it clear that there actions are nothing to do with me.
